Principal’s Message 

Welcome to Lockhart Elementary! It is an honor to serve as your principal, and I am excited to welcome you and your family to our school community.

At Lockhart Elementary, we believe every child deserves the opportunity to succeed academically, socially, and emotionally. Our dedicated staff is committed to creating a safe, engaging, and supportive learning environment where every student is encouraged to reach their full potential. We know that strong partnerships between home and school are essential to student success, and we look forward to working alongside you throughout your child's educational journey.

At Lockhart Elementary, we are embracing a school-wide sports theme that celebrates teamwork, perseverance, and the pursuit of excellence. Just as successful teams rely on every player to contribute, we believe every member of our school community plays an important role in helping our students succeed. Our Dolphins W.I.N. motto reminds us of the values that lead to success both inside and outside the classroom. Every day, we encourage our students to Work Hard, Include Everyone, and Never Give Up as they learn, grow, and achieve their goals together.

These values guide everything we do—in our classrooms, throughout our campus, and within our school community. Whether students are mastering a new skill, encouraging a classmate, or overcoming a challenge, we want every Dolphin to understand that effort, kindness, and determination are the keys to success.

We also know that strong family partnerships are essential to helping every child succeed. I encourage you to stay connected and involved by attending family engagement events, volunteering when you can, and maintaining open communication with your child's teacher and our school. Your partnership is invaluable, and together we will continue building the vibrant, supportive school community that makes Lockhart Elementary such a special place to learn and grow.
