Welcome to Lockhart Elementary’s Parent Teacher Organization (PTO)! A forum where parents, educators, and administrators can come together to discuss ways to promote quality education, strive for a better educational environment, and enhance children’s educational experience. 
Our primary mission is to ensure that every child attending Lockhart Elementary School gets the best possible learning experience. We intend to achieve this by effectively executing projects and programs aimed at enriching the school’s learning environment and advancing integrated initiatives for the academic growth of students. As an entity, we are committed to fostering parental involvement in school activities and promoting open communication and partnership between parents and faculty.
